The 1995 Fleer set consists of 400 standard-size cards issued as one series. The cards were issued in 11-card packs with a suggested retail price of $1.49. These packs included nine basic cards, one insert and one Flair preview card. Hot packs containing only insert cards were included one out of 72 packs. Seventeen-card jumbo ($2.29) included 15 basic cards, one insert as well as one Flair preview. The cards are grouped alphabetically within teams, and checklisted alphabetically according to teams.
