Released in September of 2003, this set consists of 130 cards including 80 veterans and 50 rookies. The rookies were serial numbered to 699, and were inserted into packs at a rate of 1:15. Boxes contained 20 packs of 4 cards, with one pack containing a sealed mystery pack. Pack SRP was $5.99.
