This set is a parallel to the base Topps Debut set. Cards numbered 151 through 155 were inserted at 1:642, cards 156 through 160 were inserted at a rate of 1:645 and cards 161 through 200 were inserted at a rate of 1:17. All cards were serial #'d to 199 and feature red foil fronts.
