The 1999-00 Upper Deck Encore set was released in late April, 2000 as a 120-card set that featured 90 player cards and 30 rookie cards. The rookies were short printed and serial numbered to 1999. Each pack contained 6-cards and carried a suggested retail price of 3.99.
