This 291-card set parallels the basic set using the Finest refractive technology. This set is also divided into a 3-tier model of collectiblity using the same common, uncommon and rare themes. A Refractor comon card replaces a common card 1:12 packs and uses the classic Refractor foil. A Refractor uncommon card replaces a common card 1:48 packs and uses a mosaic Refractor foil pattern. A Refractor rare card replaces a common card 1:288 packs and uses a hyper-plaid Refractor foil pattern. Prices below are for unpeeled cards. Peeled cards generally trade for ten to twenty-five percent less. Card numbers 7 and 134 do not exist. The Christian Laettner bronze, Patrick Ewing gold and Jeff Hornacek gold were all numbered 136. Card number 269 (Kobe Bryant gold) is considered part of the gold set, while card number 289 (Shaquille O'Neal silver) is considered part of the silver set, though they are both out of "set" order. The set is condition sensitive. Read Less »
