Set Description: The 1999 Upper Deck Retro Set was issued in mid October and featured a 165 card set with a colored background with a white border. Set features the top players of the 1999 draft such as Edgerrin James and Tim Couch as well as past NFL superstars such as Joe Montana and Roger Staubach. Cards were distributed in a "lunchbox" style container which featured one Inkredible hand signed autographed card per sealed lunchbox of packs.
