Set Description: The 1996 Zenith set was issued in one series totaling 150 standard-size cards. This was the second year Pinnacle Brands used the Zenith line to produce a high end football set during the off-season. The six card packs had a suggested retail price of $2.59 each. They were issued in 16 box cases with 24 packs in each box. Topical subsets in the set include 1995 Rookies (97-131), Proof Positive (132-146) and Checklist Cards (148-150). The Dallas Cowboy Triplets: Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin and Emmitt Smith are featured on card #147. There are no key Rookie Cards in this set.
