Set Description: In this 41-card standard-size set, Action Packed presented the 10th Annual All Madden team. Each card has a 24K version; these gold cards were seeded approximately one per box. In addition to the top players, each pack included a "Smash Mouth" scratch-and-win game card with various Sony TV models and All-Madden 24K cards as prizes. Also, non-winning cards were redeemable for one 11th Annual All-Madden Team Prototype card. The contest ran through June 30, 1995. The embossed fronts feature a borderless design that incorporates the band-aid logo. The backs feature Madden's comments on the player and a color headshot of Madden. An uncut sheet of the complete set signed by John Madden and numbered of 1000 was also distributed as an inducement to purchase cases of the product.
