Set Description: This 250-card set was released in May, 2006. The set was issued in both hobby and retail form. The hobby packs had five-cards in them with an $3 SRP and those packs came 24 to a box while the retail packs had eight cards, with a $2.99 SRP, and those packs also came 24 to a box. Cards numbered 1-150 featured players in first name alphabetical order sequenced in alphabetical team order while cards numbered 151-250 featured 2006 rookies in first name alphabetical order. The rookies were inserted into the packs at a stated rate of oner per. A few rookies were printed in shorter quantity and we have notated those cards in our checklist.
