Set Description: This 277-card set was issued into the hobby in five-card packs which came 24 packs to a box and 12 boxes to a case. Cards numbered 1-100 feature veteran players in team alphabetical order while cards 101-277 feature single player Rookie Cards (101-195) and multi-player Rookie Cards (196-275) which feature both a rookie and a veteran player and has two game-worn jersey swatches. The set concludes with a Sidney Crosby Rookie Card which is issued to a stated print run of 199 serial numbered copies. All cards 101-275 are serial numbered with cards 101-195 being issued to a stated print run of 1999 serial numbered sets, cards 196-254 issued to a stated print run of 999 serial numbered sets; cards numbered 255-273 issued to a stated print run of 499 serial numbered sets and cards 274, 275 and 276 were also issued to a stated print run of 199 serial numbered sets. In addition, Rookie Cards not already issued in five products were also inserted into this set. The products which had updated Rookie Cards inserted were: SP Game Used, Trilogy, Black Diamond, SPx and Artifacts. There are two versions of card number 276 with the more common version serial numbered to 199 and a second version serial numbered to 23.
