Set Description: The SAGE HIT product was the first 2004 football card set on the market. It released in mid to late April 2004. The base set consists of 46-cards including an unnumbered Eli Manning checklist card. Maurice Clarett made an apearance in this product although he was declared ineligible for the NFL Draft. Boxes contained 30-packs of 5-cards. A variety of inserts can be found seeded in packs highlighted by the Autographs parallel sets. Two different special retail boxes were produced for Ohio State and the SEC which featured insert sets exclusive to those packs. Note that Craig Krenzel and Rex Grossman appear in the Autograph sets only.
