Set Description: This 500-card standard-size set was released in January, 2004. The set was issued in 10 card packs which came 36 packs to a box and six boxes to a case. Cards numbered 401 through 500 were printed in lesser quantity than the first 400 cards in this set. This set has these topical subsets: Cards 1 through 10 feature World Series highlights, Cards 11-40 feature Team Leaders. In the higher numbers cards 446 through 462 feature young players in an "Standout" subset which cards 462 through 471 feature players who won major awards in 2003. The set concludes with a 30-card three player prospect set which features leading prospects for each of the major league teams.
