Set Description: In August of 2001 Fleer released Hot Prospects as a 100-card base set in hobby packs. The cardfronts use a partial foilboard and glossy design highlighted with silver-foil lettering and team logos. The cardbacks use a 3-color design, brown, black, and one of the featured players' team colors. While the hobby version of this product contained no rookie cards, please note that cards 101-135 were available only in retail packs at the rate of 1:10.
