Set Description: The 12-card All-Star insert standard-size set was randomly inserted in 1990-91 Fleer 12-card packs at a rate of one in five. The fronts feature a color action photo, framed by a basketball hoop and net on an aqua background. An orange stripe at the top represents the bottom of the backboard and has the words "Fleer '90 All-Stars." The player's name and position are given at the bottom between stars. The backs are printed in blue and pink with white borders and have career summaries.
