Set Description: Donruss Classics initially released in mid-July 2004. The base set consists of 250-cards including 50-Legends subset cards serial numbered to 2000 and 100-rookies with print runs ranging from 500 to 1850. Hobby boxes contained 18-packs of 6-cards and carried an S.R.P. of $5.99 per pack. Three parallel sets and a variety of inserts can be found seeded in hobby and retail packs highlighted by the Timeless Triples Jerseys inserts and the multi-tiered Significant Signatures autograph inserts.
