Set Description: Released in July of 2003, this set consists of 270 cards, including 210 veterans, and 60 rookies. Cards 211-240 were inserted at a rate of 1:2 jumbo packs, one per rack pack, and 1:14 wax packs. Cards 241-250 were serial numbered to 1500, and were only available in wax packs. Cards 251-260 were serial numbered to 750, and were only available in jumbo packs. Cards 261-270 were serial numbered to 500, and were only available in rack packs. Boxes contained 14 wax packs of 7 cards, 4 jumbo packs of 20 cards, and 1 rack pack with 30 cards.
