Set Description: The 1999 Playoff Momentum set was issued as a 200 card set done a plastic card stock with color action photos. Cards numbered one through 100 were issued at a rate of four in every pack. Cards numbered 101 through 150 were available one per pack and cards numbered 151 through 200 were the short printed rookie cards and were available at a rate of one in five packs. Also inserted were game used Barry Sanders cards featuring pieces of Game worn Jerseys and Helmets. Also inserted were the Star Gazing Red Certified hand signed cards.
