Set Description: The 1997 Pacific set was issued in one series totalling 450 cards and distributed in 12-card packs with a suggested retail price of $2.49. The fronts feature borderless action color player photos with gold foil printing. The backs carry player information and career statistics. The cards are grouped alphabetically within teams. Four different parallels sets were released in various forms of packaging. The Platinum Blue foil parallel was the toughest to pull with, reportedly, only 67-sets produced.
