Set Description: Released in mid December 2001, this 135-card base set contains standard size cards. The cards have a white borders and a ticket style themed background. Player action photos are set where poses are facing the camera either in a jump shot pose or an "attacking the rim" pose. Authentix set contains 100 veteran players and 35 rookie players. The rookie cards feature an embedded team replica ticket numbered to 1,250. Authentix was packaged in 24 pack boxes where packs contained five cards.
