Set Description: The Donruss Preferred set was issued in one series totalling 200 cards and distributed in five-card packs with a suggested retail price of $4.99. The fronts feature color player photos on micro-etched backgrounds with specially micro-etched borders unique to each color. The set is fractured into varying levels of scarcity as follows: 10 Executive Suite cards with an insertion rate of 1:65, 20 Field Box cards inserted 1:23, 30 Club Level cards inserted 1:12, 40 Mezzanine cards inserted 1:6, and 100 Grand Stand cards inserted four or five per pack.
