Set Description: The 2001 Fleer Red Sox product released in late June, 2001 and featured a 100-card base set. The set was broken into three subsets: Red Sox Players (1-77), Beantown's Best (78-92), and Fenway Park cards (93-100). Each pack contained five cards, and carried a suggested retail price of $2.99. A Field the Game exchange card was randomly seeded into packs. Each of these cards was serial numbered of 7,150. Collectors received a special card that included an actual piece of Fenway Park. The deadline to exchange these cards was August 1st, 2002.
