Set Description: The 1998 Collector's Choice set (produced by Upper Deck) was issued in two separate series, each containing 265 cards. Packs for both first and second series contained 14 cards and carried a suggested retail price of $1.29. First series packs went live around March, 1998 and second series packs followed suit in June, 1998. Card fronts feature color glossy action player photos framed by a clean white or gray border. The backs carry statistical information and another color image. The set contains the topical subsets: Checklists (266-270), Cover Glory (1-18), Golden Jubilee (271-279), Rookie Class (100-126/415-432), Masked Marauders (181-189), and Top of the Charts (253-261). Key Rookie Cards in this set include Kevin Millwood and Magglio Ordonez. Card number 202A featuring Kerry Wood was issued in factory sets to replace Tony Barron
