The 240 color portraits depicted on stamps in this 1974 Topps series have the player's name, team and position inside an oval below the picture area. Each stamp measures 1" by 1 1/2". The stamps were marketed in 12 stamp sheets, along with an album, in their own wrapper. The booklets have eight pages and measure 2 1/2" by 3 7/8". There are 24 albums, one for each team, designed to hold 10 stamps apiece.
