Set Description: Released in August 2004, Ultra consists of a 219-card set where cards 1-175 feature veteran players, cards 176-188 feature the first 13 lottery picks on a Lucky 13 rookie card sequentially numbered to 500, 189-199 feature rookies inserted at the rate of one in four and cards 200-219 feature Update rookies that were inserted at two per box in Fleer Tradition. Ultra was offered in both Hobby and Retail formats where both contained 24 packs of eight cards each, but Hobby carried a $2.99 SRP and Retail carried a $1.99 SRP.
