Set Description: Upper Deck Foundations was initially released in late September 2004. The base set consists of 263-cards including 140-rookies serial numbered to 250, 17 rookie jersey cards numbered to 1299 and 6-rookie jersey cards numbered to 499. Hobby boxes contained 24-packs of 5-cards and carried an S.R.P. of $4.99 per pack. Two parallel sets and a variety of inserts can be found seeded in packs highlighted by the Dual Endorsements autograph and Signature Foundations inserts.
