Set Description: This 175-card set was released in February, 2004. This set was issued in five-card packs with an $6 SRP which came 12 packs to a box and 16 boxes to a case. This product has a dizzying amount of parallels and insert cards which included DK Materials which had two memorabilia pieces on each card and DK Combos which had not only those two memorabilia pieces but also had an authentic autograph from the player. In addition, many other insert sets were issued including a 134-card recollection autograph insert set as well as many other insert sets. This product; despite the seeming never-ending array of parallel and insert sets which made identifying cards difficult actually became one of the hobby hits of the first part of 2004. Cards numbered 1 through 150 feature current major leaguers while cards 151 through 158 are a flashback featuring some of today's players in an then and now format and cards numbered 159 through 175 is a legends subset. Cards numbered 151 through 175 were randomly inserted into packs.
