Set Description: This 100-card standard-size set was sponsored and produced by Leesley Ltd. The set is sometimes subtitled as "100 Years of Nebraska Football" as it features past University of Nebraska football players. Many of the pictures are actually color portrait drawings rather than photos. The cards have thick red borders. The vertically oriented backs have detailed profiles with two slightly different versions. The most common version reads "GO BIG RED 100 Years" at the bottom of the cardback and the tougher versions has corporate logos for "NTV" and "Pizza Hut" at the bottom. These cards were distributed as a complete set and as eight-card cello packs. The cards are numbered on the back in the upper left corner.
