This set of 75 three-phase "animated" standard-size cards was produced by Sportflics and manufactured by Opti-Graphics of Arlington, Texas. The cards feature both sepia (players of the '30s and '40s) and full color cards. The concept of the set was that the best players at each position for each decade (from the '30s to the '80s) were chosen. The bios were written by Les Woodcock. Also included with the set in the specially designed collector box are 51 trivia cards with historical questions about the six decades of All-Star games.
