Set Description: This 173-card features color action photos of some of the league's all-time great players along with top rookies from the 1999 NFL Draft class. The set contains two subsets and two different Walter Payton signed inserts. Cards 4, 6, 14, 26, 31, 38, and 43 were never released. Two cards, #168B Eric Dickerson CM and #172B John Riggins, were inserted in packs with each featuring an embossed player image that was used to help identify the cards for removal during the pack-out process. Most copies of these two cards were pulled from production before pack-out.
