This 216-card set is a parallel to the Crown Royale base set. Each card features blue foil on the fronts. The veterans (1-144) were randomly inserted in hobby and retail packs at a rate of 1:15 and the rookies (145-216) were inserted in hobby packs only at a rate of 1:25.
