Set Description: Released in mid March 2007, E-X boasts an 80-card base set where veteran players are featured on cards 1-40, rookies sequentially numbered to 99 are featured on cards 41-46 and autograph rookies are featured on cards 47-80. Base cards consist of a combination of acetate plastic with foil-board highlights and all rookie autographs are signed directly on the cards (see checklist for print runs). E-X carried an initial suggested retail price of $14.99; boxes contain eight packs of five cards each.
