Set Description: Issued in February 2004, Topps Chrome features a 174-card set divided up into 110 veteran player cards and 67 rookie cards (numbers 111-165) where several players have card variations in their native languages. The card design is set to match that of base topps, but is enhanced with an all-foil card stock. Chrome was packaged in 24-pack boxes where packs contained four cards and carried a suggested retail price of $3. Also included in each box was a sealed uncirculated X-Fractor card.
