Set Description: The 1971-72 O-Pee-Chee set contained 264 standard-size cards. The unopened wax packs consisted of eight cards plus a piece of bubble gum. Player photos were framed in an oval. Bilingual backs featured a short biography, year-by-year statistics and a cartoon-illustrated fact about the player. Rookie Cards in this set included Marcel Dionne, Ken Dryden, Butch Goring, Guy Lafleur, Reggie Leach, Richard Martin, and Rick MacLeish.
