Set Description: Released in September 2003, Topps boasts a 249-card base set divided up into 220 veterans and 29 rookie cards. Each card places full-color player action photography on a design with silver foil highlights and white borders. Several different packaging was available for the product. Hobby/Retail boxes contain 36 packs of ten cards each with a suggested retail price of $1.59. HTA Jumbo boxes contain 12 packs of 35 cards each and a suggested retail price of $5. HTA First Edition packs were also available to hobby shop account owners, and these were packaged in 20 pack boxes of 10 cards each with a suggested retail price of $1.59.
