Set Description: These 180 standard-size cards were inserted at a rate of one per hobby pack only and were printed on a silver foil front. The cards were issued in two separate series of 90 (1-90 in first series packs and 91-180 in second series). Only the top veterans and rookies were selected for inclusion in this set. The player is featured in an action shot but only he is singled out for color. The rest of the shot is faded out to black and white. The player's name is stamped in silver foil at the bottom and the Special Edition logo is stamped in silver foil at the top right. "SE" is stamped in silver foil and runs vertically down the left side of the front. Backs are printed on a white and gray background and include a player biography, career statistics and player highlights. A color player action shot appears on the upper left side and includes the card number.
