Set Description: The 1989 Donruss Baseball's Best set contains 336 standard-size glossy cards. The fronts are green and yellow, and the backs feature career highlight information. The backs are green, and feature vertically oriented career stats. The cards were distributed as a set in a blister pack through various retail and department store chains. The Sammy Sosa card in this set is the only major league licensed card issued of him in 1989. In addition, early cards of Ken Griffey Jr. and Randy Johnson are featured in this set.
