This 165-card set measures the standard size and is a single series release. The set honors the Brooklyn Dodger teams of 1952-1956 and consists of 127 reprints of Topps and Bowman cards produced during that time. The cards "that never were" have been created for the players not featured on Topps and Bowman cards and replicate the design of the card for the year the player would have been pictured. Cards numbered 117-120 commemorate the four games the Dodgers won for the 1955 World Series Championship. Though the cards are numbered as they were originally issued, Topps renumbered them as a complete set and they are checklisted accordingly. Some dealers believe that cards numbered from 111 through 165 were printed in shorter supply than other cards in this set. A very limited amount of signed Sandy Koufax cards (number 102 and number 146) were signed and randomly inserted into packs.
