Set Description: Topps Draft Picks and Prospects released in May of 2004 making it Topps' first football card release of the year. The base set consists of 165-cards including 110-veterans and prospects and 55-rookies. Note that Mike Williams made an apearance in this product although he was declared ineligible for the NFL Draft. Hobby boxes contained 24-packs of 5-cards with an SRP of $3 per pack. Two parallel sets and a variety of game-used inserts can be found seeded in packs highlighted by the Class Marks (rookie) Autographs and the triple signed Mannings Legacy card
