Set Description: Inserted in pack one, this set features unciculated cards with Topps refractor technology. Cards 1-50 were inserted at a rate of 1:15 and were serial #'d to 99. Common were inserted at a rate of 1:2 and are serial numbered to 1499. Uncommon rookies were inserted 1:25 and are serial numbered to 499. Rare rookies were inserted 1:23 and are serial numbered to 99.
