Set Description: This 275 card set, released in June 1999, was issued in 10 card hobby and retail packs. The last 55 cards of the set feature either 1999 Rookies or subsets of popular players and were all short printed. These cards were released in a ratio of one every three hobby packs and one every nine retail packs. Notable Rookie Cards include Tim Couch, Edgerrin James and Ricky Williams.
