Set Description: This 396 card standard-size set was issued in 12-card packs with a suggested retail price of 99 cents per pack. The design is similar to the 1995 Collector Choice issues in baseball, basketball and football. Each card features a photo framed by white borders. The player's name and team is identified in the lower right-hand corner. The backs contain another photograph, biographical information and statistics. The last 70 cards of the set are dedicated to the following subsets: 1995 European Junior Championship (325-354), What's Your Game? (355-369), and Hardware Heroes (370-394). Rookie Cards in this set include Teemu Riihijarvi and Marcus Nilsson. In addition, a 15-card set was available only to collectors who redeemed through the mail a Young Guns Trade card, which was inserted at a rate of 1:34 packs. The cards were intended to "complete" the Collector's Choice set by including several of the top rookies of 1995-96, and thus bear the same design and continue the numbering from that set.
