Set Description: In July of 2001 Fleer released the glossy version of what is also referred to as Fleer Tradition. The Glossy set was only available at hobby shops.The cards had a vintage look to them. The cardfronts had a color photo of the the player close up and a color photo of the player in action and a faded stadium scene photo in the background. The cards were set horizontally. The cardbacks had the old greyback stock and no UV coating. The cardbacks also featured a small comic reminiscent of older cards.
