Set Description: Released as a 225-card set, the 1999 Upper Deck Encore set is comprised of 180 regular player cards and 45 short printed Star Rookies cards found one in every eight packs. The base set parallels the regular issue 1999 Upper Deck set with an enhanced rainbow holo-foil card stock. Encore was packaged in 24-pack boxes with six cards per pack and carried a suggested retail price of $3.99.
