Set Description: This 565-card set was distributed in two series. The first 310-cards were released in 14-card packs with a suggested retail price of $1.29 and featured color action player photos in white borders. The backs carried player information and statistics along with dual numbering that helps collectors put together cards of their favorite NFL team. There were 220 regular player cards, 45 Rookie Class subset cards (1-45), 40 Names of the Game subset cards (46-85), and five checklists which featured collecting tips for new collectors. Series two included 255 different cards with Rookie Collection and Building Blocks subsets.
