Set Description: Released by Megacards, the 1992 Babe Ruth Collection consists of 165 standard-size cards, including a card for every year of his career. The cards are very similar to the Conlon sets produced in conjunction with The Sporting News. The cards were sold in both ten-card packs and 22-card blister packs. Complete sets were also available in a commemorative tin. The set is arranged as follows: Babe Ruth (1-4), Year in Review (5-29), World Series (30-39), Place in History (40-70), Career Highlights (71-97), Trivia (98-104), Sultan of SWAT (105-115), The Bambino-The Man (116-142), and Being Remembered (143-163). The set concludes with checklist cards (164-165). The set could also be purchased in a special commemorative tin.
