For the second straight year, Topps issued this 990 card set which was designed to be a comprehensive look at who was in the majors at the time of issue. This set was released in May, 2003. This set was issued in 10 card packs with an 99 cent SRP which came 36 packs to a box and 6 boxes to a case.
