This 366-card standard-size first series was released in November, 2003. In addition, a 366-card second series was released in April, 2004. The cards were issued in 10-card hobby or retail packs with an $1.59 SRP which came 36 packs to a box and 12 boxes to a case. In addition, these cards were also issued in 35-card HTA packs with an $5 SRP which came 12 packs to a box and eight boxes to a case. Please note that insert cards were issued in different rates in retail packs as they were in hobby packs. In addition, to continuing honoring the memory of Mickey Mantle, there was no card number 7 issued in this set. Both cards numbered 267 and 274 are numbered as 267 and thus no card number 274 exists.
