Released in August of 2003, this set consists of 285 cards, including 180 veterans, 30 short prints (inserted 1:12), and 75 rookies. Rookies 211-240 were inserted at a rate of 1:4, and rookies 241-285 were inserted at a rate of 1:8. Boxes contained 24 packs of 8 cards, with an SRP of $2.99.
