Set Description: Released in early October 2002, Fleer Premium consists of a 140-card set divided up into 15 All NBA Team cards, numbers 1-15, which have red white and blue trim across the bottom, 11 All Rookie Team cards, numbers 16-26, which have white backgrounds, 84 Veteran player cards, numbers 27-110, which have gold foil backgrounds, and 30 Rookies, numbers 111-140, which say "Premium Prospects" along the left side of the card and are sequentially numbered to 1500. All cards feature borders which are blue along the outside, then white inside, and have gold foil highlights. Premium was packaged in five card packs with a suggested retail price of $2.99 and boxes contained 24 packs.
