Set Description: Parallel to the basic set, Refractors were randomly inserted in first and second packs at a rate of one in 12. Refractors are distinguished from the basic cards by their rainbow-like appearance that refracts more light. Just like regular issue Finest cards, each Refractor comes with a protective coating designed to protect the card from wear and tear. Values provided below are for unpeeled cards. Peeled cards trade for about twenty-five to fifty percent less. The set is condition sensitive. The cards marked with an asterisk are perceived to be more scare than the other singles. To ascertain values on individual cards not listed please refer to the multiplier lines.
